1. Sponsor

The RND Automation PACK EXPO 2026 Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by RND Automation & Engineering, LLC, 3155 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., Suite 110, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is offered and administered solely by Sponsor. Bambu Lab, PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, PACK EXPO International, McCormick Place, Maritz, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and do not endorse or assume responsibility for its administration.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 18, 2026 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CT on October 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s systems and records will serve as the official timekeeping records for online entries.

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor may also exclude employees or representatives of agencies or vendors directly involved in administration of the Sweepstakes or selection of the winner.

The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase or PACK EXPO Attendance Required

No purchase, payment, sales inquiry, marketing subscription, social media activity, PACK EXPO registration, or attendance at PACK EXPO International is required to enter or win.

Making a purchase, becoming an RND Automation customer, requesting sales contact, subscribing to marketing communications, visiting Sponsor’s booth, having a PACK EXPO badge scanned, or following Sponsor on social media will not provide an additional entry or improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

5. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible individual may enter using one of the following methods:

Online Entry: Visit the official Giveaway Entry Page during the Sweepstakes Period and complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form as instructed.

Booth Digital Entry: Eligible visitors at RND Automation Booth N-5115 during PACK EXPO International 2026 may complete the official Sweepstakes entry form using a designated booth device or by accessing the official entry page on their own device.

Paper Entry: A paper entry form will be available upon request at RND Automation Booth N-5115 during official PACK EXPO International exhibit hours. The completed form must be submitted to Sponsor’s booth personnel before the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

A PACK EXPO badge scan by itself does not constitute a Sweepstakes entry.

An entry is complete only when the required entry information and eligibility/Official Rules acknowledgment have been properly submitted.

No purchase is necessary for any entry method.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

Submitting entries through multiple devices, links, forms, email addresses, paper forms, or other methods does not provide additional chances to win.

Sponsor may use information including name, email address, contact information, submission records and other reasonably available information to identify duplicate entries.

Duplicate entries may be disregarded or identified as duplicates without invalidating an otherwise eligible individual’s first valid entry.

Automated, generated, fraudulent, incomplete, altered or otherwise improper entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

7. Information Required to Enter

The official entry form may request information including:

first and last name;
email address;
company or organization;
optional job title;
optional telephone number; and
other information reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

Entrants must also affirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Sponsor may verify a potential winner’s age, identity and residency before awarding the Prize.

8. Marketing Communications Are Optional

Agreeing to receive marketing communications from RND Automation is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

Entrants who separately and affirmatively opt in to receive The RND Automation Signal or other RND Automation marketing communications may receive those communications in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable law and may unsubscribe at any time.

Declining marketing communications will have no effect on an entrant’s Sweepstakes entry or eligibility.

9. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Bambu Lab X2D Combo 3D Printer & Automatic Material System, Model PF004-P+SA007, SKU PF004-P+SA007-US.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $899 USD.

The Prize is subject to availability and applicable manufacturer terms and specifications.

No cash redemption or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor’s discretion. If the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.

The Prize may not be transferred or assigned before award without Sponsor’s consent.

Sponsor will arrange delivery of the Prize to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia and will determine the reasonable method of shipment.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes or other obligations arising from acceptance or use of the Prize.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Purchasing products or services, interacting with Sponsor’s sales team, subscribing to Sponsor’s marketing communications, following Sponsor on social media, or entering through a particular entry method will not improve the odds of winning.

11. Winner Selection

On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor may also randomly identify alternate potential winners to be used if the initially selected potential winner cannot be verified, is determined to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to respond within the required timeframe.

The drawing will be conducted using a random selection process determined by Sponsor and documented in Sponsor’s Sweepstakes records.

12. Potential Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry. Sponsor may also attempt contact using the telephone number provided, if any.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days after the initial notification unless Sponsor specifies a longer period.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify:

identity;
age;
eligible residency;
compliance with these Official Rules; and
ability to receive the Prize.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete reasonable eligibility, acceptance or release documentation to the extent permitted by law.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the Prize, fails to provide requested eligibility information, or is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

A person is not the confirmed winner until Sponsor has completed its eligibility verification.

13. Winner Publicity

Acceptance of the Prize does not automatically require the winner to participate in Sponsor’s marketing or publicity.

Sponsor may separately ask the confirmed winner for permission to publicly identify the winner, use the winner’s name or abbreviated name, identify the winner’s company or organization, use photographs, or participate in other promotional communications.

Any such permission will be handled separately from Sweepstakes eligibility and Prize acceptance, except to the extent otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy and Use of Entry Information

Sponsor will use information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes as reasonably necessary to:

administer the Sweepstakes;
record and validate entries;
identify duplicate or potentially fraudulent entries;
verify eligibility;
conduct the random drawing;
contact and verify a potential winner;
fulfill and ship the Prize;
maintain appropriate Sweepstakes records; and
comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information is also subject to the RND Automation Privacy Policy.

Information submitted for Sweepstakes administration will not, solely because of the entry, enroll an entrant in Sponsor’s marketing communications.

If an entrant separately opts in to marketing communications, Sponsor may use that individual’s information for those communications in accordance with the consent provided, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Entrants may receive administrative communications reasonably necessary to operate the Sweepstakes, including entry-related or potential-winner communications, regardless of whether they elect to receive marketing communications.

15. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines:

has violated these Official Rules;
has submitted false or misleading information;
has attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
has tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry or drawing process;
has used automated or fraudulent entry methods; or
has acted in a manner intended to interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes will be final to the extent permitted by law.

16. Technical Errors and Unavailable Entry Methods

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries, or for technical, network, internet, device, software, hardware, human or other errors that may affect submission or processing of an entry.

If an online or booth entry method becomes temporarily unavailable, eligible individuals may use another available entry method during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to administer the Sweepstakes fairly in the event of technical problems.

17. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, cancellation or material interruption of PACK EXPO International, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the security, integrity, fairness or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated after eligible entries have been received, Sponsor may, where lawful and reasonably practicable, select the winner by random drawing from among eligible entries received before termination.

18. Prize Disclaimer

The Prize is awarded subject to any manufacturer warranties, terms and conditions that may apply.

Except for obligations expressly undertaken in these Official Rules, Sponsor makes no additional representation or warranty regarding the Prize beyond those that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Bambu Lab is not affiliated with the administration of this Sweepstakes and is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of the Sweepstakes.

19. PACK EXPO / PMMI Disclaimer

PACK EXPO International and PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for selection of the winner or fulfillment of the Prize.

The Sweepstakes is an independent promotion conducted by RND Automation & Engineering, LLC.
